These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Adventure TInt (“we,” “our,” or “us”), including but not limited to mobile automotive window tinting services performed at a customer-provided shop, garage, or other enclosed workspace, online bookings, consultations, and any related transactions. Adventure TInt is a trade name/DBA of . By scheduling an appointment, submitting payment, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide professional mobile automotive window tinting and related services at customer-provided locations, including shops, garages, or similar enclosed work areas, through scheduled appointments made on our online booking platform.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are generated based on customer-provided information, including vehicle year, make, model, and film type.

All quotes are subject to verification upon physical inspection of the vehicle.

3. Deposits, Payments & Refunds

Deposits, if collected, secure your appointment and are non-refundable within 48 hours of your scheduled time.

The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.

We accept cash, debit, or credit card.

Once installation begins, all sales are final due to the custom nature of tint film.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled time.

Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will result in loss of deposit.

Repeated cancellations may lead to refusal of future bookings.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide a clean, enclosed, weather-protected shop, garage, or similar workspace with adequate power and lighting access.

Customers must disclose any aftermarket tint, window modifications, or other conditions that may affect installation beforehand.

Failure to meet these conditions may result in appointment cancellation or additional service fees.

6. Liability

Adventure TInt and are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wiring, seals, window mechanisms, or defects in the vehicle or surrounding work area.

We are not liable for any damage resulting from improper care, cleaning, or use after installation.

Our liability, if proven negligent, is limited to the total cost of the original service performed.

7. Warranty

All automotive tint installations include a lifetime manufacturer warranty covering bubbling, peeling, fading, or discoloration under normal use.

Warranty excludes physical damage, including scratches, tears, and abrasions, as well as improper cleaning with ammonia or abrasive materials, and issues caused by customer misuse, defective glass, or aftermarket regulators.

Warranty claims require proof of purchase and must be performed by Adventure TInt or an approved installer.

8. Privacy

By booking online, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for scheduling, payment processing, and communication purposes.

Your data is not shared or sold to third parties except as necessary to process payments, manage bookings, or comply with applicable law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of TN.

Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Lewisburg, TN.
